At VoraHaven Essentials, we want your “Portable Sanctuary” to be perfect. We understand that travel is unpredictable, and we strive to make our return process as smooth as a calm flight.

Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. THE 30-DAY CALM GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return window. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The aromatherapy rollerball set must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of personal care and botanical products, we can only accept returns for items that are unused and unopened with the original seal intact.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging (vials and outer casing).

3. LEAKAGE & TRANSIT DAMAGE (SPECIAL PROVISION)

We know that shipping can be rough. If your rollerballs arrive leaking, broken, or damaged:

  • Include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you, or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards.
  • Individual rollerballs from a set (returns must be for the complete set).
  • Items purchased on “Final Sale” or during specific clearance events.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

The process is simple:

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship It: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. FEES & COSTS

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or leaking), VoraHaven Essentials will cover all shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

7. THE REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:
